Becoming a member of the Ridgeview PTA is easy! Just fill out the form below and mail a check or money order for $10 for a single membership, $15 for a family membership or $25 for a business to: Ridgeview PTA - c/o Ridgeview Elementary School - 6573 Shimmering Creek Drive - Colorado Springs, CO 80923 or have your child give an envelope marked Ridgeview PTA to his/her teacher.       **All bold faced entries are required.
